Milk Chocolate Pink Gin Truffles

Pink gin is a milder form of the alcohol as far as taste goes, and it makes a great partner for my milk, white and dark chocolate truffles.

Coating: 99.7% Milk Chocolate (33%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk power, cocoa mass emulsifier, soy lecithin, (E322) flavouring : natural vanilla), 0.3% Freeze Dried Raspberry
